The London Pass

When visiting London you can buy a 'London Pass' and visit over 55 attractions for Free or at discounted rates. Including special offers at attractions, discounts on shopping, films and entertainment such as theatre tickets and dining offers at restaurants and cafe's. It is a 'smart card' like a credit card with a computer chip inside and once purchased you don't have to pay to get into any of the participating attractions, simply show it to the attendant and they will swipe it. It does not become active until you use it for the first time, once activated it is then valid for the duration of the period you have purchased, and to get a full day's use out of it start at the beginning of the day, not at the end otherwise you will use up a day's use as it counts the day from when you start using it, not a 24 hour period.

Passes can be purchased for a 1, 2, 3 or 6 day excursions and the more days you buy the bigger the discounts you get. You also have the ability to add on a Travel Option which will allow you to get around London Zones 1-6 for free.
